Turn support brackets inward.

Close tail gate latches.

Make sure you do not leave hands
between latches and tail gate.

4. Install tail gate extension.

4.1

Align and insert cargo exten-
sion into the vehicle's "LINQ"
opening.

NOTE:

Make sure latches are in

the open position.

Turn latch to the lock position.

Tighten cargo extender screw
to recommended torque.
