LUBRICATION

1. TRANSMISSION: SYNTHETIC SAE 5W40. Check oil level daily.
If the Roller is used daily it is recommended to change the transmission oil every 2 months.
Occasional service would allow that period to be extended accordingly, but not to exceed 12
months. To change the oil:
•
Remove the Fan Shroud.
•
Remove the transmission drain plug
and the fill plug.
•
Drain the oil into a suitable container.
•
Replace the drain plug
•
Refill with 20 fl. oz. (600ml.) of the correct
oil to the bottom of the fill plug hole.
•
Replace the fill plug.
•
Top up the reservoir to the correct level
•
Replace the Fan Shroud. Fig.8

CHAINS: SAE 30 OIL. Daily. (DO Not Use Grease On The Chains.)

FRONT & REAR ROLLER BEARINGS: Grease Monthly
