Message Problems and Solutions
Invalid password. Problem:
•
When password authorization fails three consecutive times,
the password becomes invalid. The unit cannot open the
Security folder.
Solution:
•
Cancel the invalid password state in the SV-Manager. When
password authorization in SV-Manager succeeds, the unit can
open the Security folder. Refer to the "SV-Manager User's
Guide (PC Software)".
Security folder is locked
from 3 invalid password
attempts. Problem:
•
When password authorization fails three consecutive times,
the Security folder cannot be opened as the password
becomes invalid.
Solution:
•
Cancel the invalid password state in the SV-Manager. When
password authorization in SV-Manager succeeds, the unit can
open the Security folder. Refer to the "SV-Manager User's
Guide (PC Software)".
Security folder is locked. Problem:
•
If the browser moves to a general folder while the Security
folder is open, the Security folder locks (closes).
Solution:
•
Reopen the Security folder by selecting the Security folder
and reentering the password. Refer to "Selecting the Security
folder" on page 34.
Low battery power.
Very low battery power. Problem:
•
The remaining battery level is low or empty.
Solution:
•
Charge the battery. Refer to "Charging" on page 78.
If the battery level remains insufficient even after charging
immediately, confirm that the battery has been securely
inserted. If this message displays immediately after charging,
this is the end of the battery life. Replace the old with a new
battery.
