CHAPTER 5 SERVICE FUNCTIONS

1. MAINTENANCE MODE

Maintenance mode is exclusively designed for checking, setting, and adjusting the machine 
using the keys on the control panel. These buttons allow you to execute sensor operation 
check, log information and error code display, or worker switch (WSW) setting.

1.1

How to Enter Maintenance Mode

1.1.1 Method of entering maintenance mode for service personnel

<Operating Procedure>

(1) Press and hold the 

 key for 

approximately five seconds while the 
machine is in the ready state. The 
display shown on the right appears on 
the LCD.

(2) Press the blank field at the bottom. The 

display shown on the right appears on 
the LCD.

(3) Press the [*], [2], [8], [6], and [4] keys 

on the LCD in this order. The display 
shown on the right appears on the 
LCD, and the machine enters into 
maintenance mode.

(4) To select any of the maintenance mode 

functions shown in the list, use the 
keypad to enter the maintenance mode 
function code to be executed.
