1) Check which color is the problem and replace the

toner cartridge

2) Replace the OPC belt cartridge

The color of your printouts are
not what you expected

1) Initiate a test print from the control panel.
2) Check that the toner cartridges are installed

correctly.

3) Check that toner cartridges are not empty.
4) Adjust the color by using the custom setting in the

driver. Colors the printer can display and colors you
see on a monitor are different. The printer may not
be able to reproduce the colors on your monitor.

5) Check to ensure the specified paper is used.
