5. When you are finished listening, press RADIO ON/OFF to turn the radio off.
The radio dial pointer light goes off.
Antenna Information
AM
The AM bar antenna is inside the cabinet. If AM reception is weak, change the
position of cabinet until the internal antenna picks up the strongest signal.
FM
The FM antenna is built into the AC power cord. If FM reception is weak, try
varying the position and direction of the power cord until you find the
strongest signal.
ALARM SETTINGS
You have two wake-up options:
•
Waking to the buzzer
•
Waking to the radio
Note:
You may set one alarm for waking to the buzzer and the other for
wakening to the radio. Just set the Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 selector switches to
the desired positions.

11. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly
at plug outlets, convenience receptacles, and the point where it exits
the product.
12. Do not overload wall outlet. Use only the power source as indicated.
13. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required
when the product has been damaged in any way, such as the power-
supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have
fallen into the product, the product has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
14. Use replacement parts, attachments and accessories specified by
the manufacturer.
Note:
•
Operate controls and switches as described in the manual.
•
Before turning on the power, make certain that the power cord is
properly installed.
•
When moving the product, be sure to first disconnect the power cord and
remove cords connected to other equipment.
•
Avoid installing this product in places that are exposed to direct sunlight
or close to heat-radiating products, such as electric heaters, and placing on
top of other stereo equipment that radiates heat. Avoid placing the
product in areas that are dusty, humid and moist, lack ventilation and are
subject to constant vibration.
