iPod /iPhone is docked but
there is a “Device Not Found” or
“No Signal” error on the remote
screen .
Let the iPod/iPhone charge for a few
minutes and then remove and re-dock
the iPod/iPhone .
“Failed to Sync” error appears on
remote when manually syncing
the remote .
Make sure blue LED on the front of the
speaker is flashing and the remote is close
to and pointing directly at the front of the
speaker while sync is in progress .
a clearer channel cannot be found .
Movie is not displaying on TV .
Confirm video cable is connected
to the correct jacks on the speaker .
Confirm correct Video Out cable type
is selected under “iPod Settings .”
Confirm correct TV Signal type is selected
under “iPod Settings .”
If the movie was started before the video
cable type was selected in “iPod Settings,”
the movie may need to be restarted .
