Maintenance Intervals
Check all nuts, bolts and screws for tightness every 100,000 cycles.
Also, inspect the operator for wear or damage to any of its components. The
frequency of these inspections will vary upon the installation and will be directly
proportional to the usage of the operator.

component is worn or damaged
Safety Systems Test Intervals
Reversing edge safety sensors, presence sensors and other external devises that are
not normally supplied by the manufacturer of the door operator but added during
installation, must be properly tested on a frequent enough basis so as not to
compromise the safety and reliability of the complete door operating system on a
continuing basis. These tests should normally range from daily to weekly checks.
