Step 22 (Grease pan and heat insulator installation)
a) Loosen the pre-installed bolts on grease pan (CC) and
allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from grease pan.
b) Align the holes on heat insulator (DD) with the bolts
extended from grease panel. Push forward heat
insulator until it locks into place and tighten the bolts
using screwdriver provided.
c) Insert the grease pan assemble into the guide
underneath the firebox.
Step 24 (Battery insertion)
a) Release the cover of igniter by turning the cover
counter-clockwise.
b) Insert the battery (KK) into the igniter.
Note: positive pole “+” face outside when insertion.
c) Screw the cover of igniter back.
Step 23 (Tank connection)
a) Open the cart doors.
b) Place the gas tank on the tank holder and clip it using the tank
clip (BB).
c) Connect
the
tank with regulator by screwing the regulator collar
onto the tank valve.
d) Conduct
the leak test on page 17 to make certain all
connections are connected securely.
