Step 7 (Door assembly)
a) Insert the bottom pin of door (K)
into the pre-drilled hole on the
cart bottom panel.
b) Push down the top pin on door
and insert it into the pre-drilled
hole on the right end of front
beam (J).
c) Close the door.
Step 8 (Grease cup holder assembly)
a) Align the holes on grease cup holder (L) with the holes on the
right side panel (H).
b) Insert one bolt (BB) and one flat washer (DD) into each
pre-drilled holes. Tighten bolts by hand.
c) Go back and tighten all bolts using screwdriver provided.
d) Place grease cup (N) on grease cup support.
Step 9 (Gas tanker holder assembly)
a) Align the holes on gas tank holder (M) with the holes on the left side
panel (G).
b) Insert one bolt (jj) and one flat washer (mm) into each pre-drilled
holes. Tighten bolts by hand.
c) Go back and tighten all bolts using screwdriver provided.
