N-E5 Service Parameter Descriptions:
Riser Close Delay
-
This is the time delay in minutes from when both the fan and the
pump stop operating until the Servoseal closes and the drain tube lowers to drain the
tank water. See servicing instruction 21 in the front of this manual.
Fill Time
-
This is the time in minutes, from when the water inlet solenoid opens and
water must be sensed on either of the water level probes, before a lockout will occur.
Min Speed / Max Speed
-
These are the adjustment parameters, to vary the
minimum and maximum fan RPM from the default settings as per the N-E5 model
selection. It is not possible to set the minimum speed higher than the maximum
speed, and vice versa.
Model Selection Number -
Model selection number should be set as per spec
sheets information.
Short Dry Pad Time

This is the number of filling operations, between the high and
low water sensors, due to the evaporation of water during operation, before the tank
will be flushed to dilute the salt build up. Service technicians can adjust the
occurrence of the flush operation if necessary.
Short Pre-wet Time
-
This is the Pre-wet time in seconds, that occurs if the pump
has been OFF longer than the Short Dry Pad Time, and less than the Long Dry Pad
Time.
Long Pre-wet Time
-
This is the Pre-wet time in seconds, that occurs if the pump has
been OFF longer than the Long Dry Pad Time.
Long Dry Pad Time
- This is the time in minutes, the pump can be OFF and the filter
pads not wetted, before a Long Pre-wet will be required.
Aquasave -
The Aquasave is a standard feature on the 3 series Contours. The
Aquasave is wired directly into the N-E5 base connector. The parameter settings are
1=Aquasave present, 0=No Aquasave.
Flush Time
- The time the solenoid is open during a flush service operation.
