Line up LATCH connectors with
LATCH anchors on vehicle seat

Push from behind red button on
each connector to attach to LATCH
anchor (

).
NOTE:
LATCH connectors are
correctly attached when a positive
click is heard. If a positive click is
not heard, repeat steps 2–6.

Push restraint into vehicle seat
until firm against the seat back (
Fig

Verify that all connections are
tight and the child restraint is
secure.

Squeeze the green and red
LATCH release buttons on each
connector to release.

Replace protective cover by attach-
ing it to the LATCH connectors.

bly in to store.

in place when LATCH is not in use.

Place the child restraint forward
facing on the vehicle seat.

Pull the vehicle belt out, then hold
the lap and shoulder sections togeth-
er. Keep the sections together as you
pass the seat belt through each for-
ward facing belt slot (
Fig. B
).

Fasten the seat belt, then verify
that the seat belt is not twisted
(
Fig. C
).

Flip lock-off arm down to release.
NOTE:
Although the child restraint
has two forward facing lock-offs,
you will only need to use one.
Always use the lock-off that is far-
thest away from where the seat
belt is buckled.
