Reinsert the up/down adjustment bolts, through the channel in the yoke. Tighten the
up/down pivot bolts enough such that the finger cam is behind the tab at the front of
the yoke. Turn the finger cam clockwise until tight. With the cam tightened, the
pivot bolt is prevented from any front/back movement.
