BUTTON DEFINITION:
“Up”:
During setting, press “Up” to change the parameter. After weighing yourself, under
the result showing mode, press once to show weight and BMI in turn.
“On/Set”:
Press once to start the scale; press once again to confirm the data input. After
weighing, under the result-showing mode, press once to show body fat and body water in
turn.
“Down”:
During setting, press “Down” to change the parameter. After weighting, under
the result-showing mode, press once to show body muscle and body bone in turn.
“START”:
During the setting mode, press “START” to start monitor operating mode. After
weighing, under the result-showing mode, press once to show body weight and KCAL in
turn.
PREPARATION BEFORE WEIGHING:
1)
Battery Installation:
turn the scale upside down as the battery box is located at the
back of the scale. Open the battery box and remove the plastic insulator tabs from the
battery compartment.
2)
Unit option:
the scale is designed with both the imperial and metric unit system;
please choose the unit system of your country before use.
3)
Scale position:
please put the scale on a hard and flat surface where no shaking will
occur to ensure the best accuracy.
Attention: Please do not place your foot on the edge of the scale to avoid slipping.
