. Start the engine and cycle the cylinder.

a

. Replace the spark plug and spark

plug wire.

b

. Start the engine and use control lever

(I) to cycle (extend and retract) the
hydraulic cylinder several times.

c

. Fully retract the cylinder and shut off

the engine.

d

. Allow the log splitter to cool for a few

minutes to relieve pressure before
checking the   hydraulic oil level.
Remove   the   fill   cap   and   oil   level
screw   and   SLOWLY  pour   oil   into
oil fill opening (K) until it runs from oil
level hole (L). Re-install fill cap and oil
level screw making sure O-rings are
in place.

Tire Pressure

Check the EZ Split 15 tire pressure on a
regular basis and before towing. Set the
air pressure in both tires to the tire
manufacturers’ specifications, molded into
the sidewall of each tire.
