12. COOLING CYCLE
This menu allows the rapid cooling of the components, in order to intervene on the machine in case of repai-
rs.

Switch Pos. 1
Press a button
Press P3/P4 to change the datum from 1 (confirm) to 0 (cancel).
Press P2 to proceed.
If you choose to confirm the previous datum (1):
turn the ON-OFF switch located inside the machine to position 1.
Place a container under the supply spout and press any button on the push-button panel.
The machine discharges the water and the boilers are cooled.
Press P1 to display the next menu.
13. METRE READINGS
Partial Readings Partial metre readings.
Press P2 to display the partials of every drink.
Press P1 to display the next menu.
Total Readings Total metre reading.
Press P2 to display the totals of every drink.
Press P1 to display the next menu.
Partials Zero setting partials metre zero setting:
• By pressing the P2 button, the display will show the message: “Zero?”
• To zero the partials metre keep pressing the P2 button, until the displayshows:
“00000”
Press the programming button inside the front panel to exit programming.
