1. Plug in the machine.
2. Press the button for raising the motor unit

3. Take the bowl off the machine and put the food into it. The maximum amount is 2 kg.
4. Place the bowl in the location provided for it. Turn it one eighth of a turn clockwise
making sure it locks in correctly.
5. Insert the bowl lid into the top part of the machine. Turn it one eighth of a turn
clockwise making sure it locks in correctly.
6. Put the required accessory

on the drive shaft.
7. Press the button for raising the motor unit and lower the motor unit completely.
8. Using the speed selector

choose a rotation speed of between 1 and 6.
9. Once mixing has finished replace the selector in the Off position and press the button for
raising the motor unit

10. To remove the accessories push them gently upwards and turn to the left.
11. To remove the bowl

turn it one eighth of a turn anti-clockwise.
12. The mixture may now be removed from the bowl using a spatula.
13. Unplug the machine.
14. Clean the parts making up your kitchen machine referring to the "Cleaning" section.

Stop the mixer if you see food collecting on the sides of the bowl. Remove this food using
a spatula.
Caution

Place the machine on a flat, clean, dry surface before plugging it in.

Operating the machine for more than 10 minutes at maximum speed for each
operation is not recommended.
Before using again let the appliance cool at room
temperature.
