Troubleshooting
The tumble dryer does not start or it stops during operation. First, attempt to solve the
problem. If you cannot, then contact the after-sales service.
Description of the
problem: Check the following
The appliance does not
start

Is the appliance plugged in to the power supply?

Is the appliance switched on?

Is a programme selected and have you pressed Start/Pause?

Is the drum overloaded?

Is the door closed properly?
The appliance is hot or is
there a burning smell

Is the lint filter blocked? If so, clean it.

Is the condenser clean?
The appliance makes
unusual noises and/or
strong vibrations

Is the appliance on a stable surface?

Has the appliance been levelled with adjustable feet?
The laundry is too dry

Is the drying programme selected the right one for the type of laundry in
the drum?

Is the drum overloaded?

The “FUL” message
appears

Is the water recovery tank full? If so, empty it and then start the cycle
again. If the tank is not full and the “FUL” message continues to appear,
contact your after-sales service.
The “ ” indicator
comes on

Is the filter behind the drum access door clean? Clean the filter if
necessary.
The appliance doesn't dry
well or the drying time is
very long.

Are the filters clean? Clean them if necessary (see elsewhere)

Is the tank full?

Has the relevant programme/time been selected?


If the appliance is switched on, this noise is normal. The appliance is

The laundry is dry. The tumble dryer switches off automatically at the
end of the cycle to save energy.
