Ducting mode
Install the wiring system and prepare the air
venting hole.
Insert the appliance in the hole (Fig. 5).
Tighten the 2 screws inside the appliance (Fig. 8)
until it fits snug on the bottom of the wall unit. Do not
tighten the 2 screws strongly, to maintain the
metallic clamps in the right position.
Connect the air evacuation tube with the device air
outlet: use a flexible tube and block it in the device
air outlet through a metallic clamp (the tube and the
clamp are not provided).
Take away the coal filters (F) and the filters-stop (B)
which are placed on the grease filter (Fig. 9a-9b).
Install the filters support and the grease filters again.
Make the electrical connection of the hood by
means of the power supply cable.
Non-return valve
If installing the ducting version, fitting the
non-return valve hinders air intake and return.
Before securing the valve, check that the tabs
can move freely (Fig. 7).
For the models AG856-AG857: Install the
flange in the device air outlet and press slightly
(Fig. 7A).
Warning
This is the filtering version of your cooker
hood; you must first remove the charcoal
filter.
Tip
For optimal use of your appliance, we
recommend that you connect the hood to a
150 mm-diameter flue (not delivered with the
appliance) for the AG856-AG857 models, a
125mm-diameter flue (not delivered with the
appliance) for the AG826-AG836-AG828
models. Minimise the number of angles and
bends and the lengths of the flue. In the
event that the hood will be operated using
out-door evacuation, you should ensure a
sufficient inflow of fresh air to avoid a
pressure deficiency in the room.
