MAINTENANCE

Check the following parts:
•

Gearbox

: it is recommended that the oil level be checked before the machine is used. Change the oil after the 

first 200 working hours or once a year.

•

Lubricate

: All lubrication points as indicated in Figure 5-1 below. Position the machine on a flat surface and 

switch the power take-off and the tractor off. Lubricate these parts every 8 working hours.

•

Power take-off

: Lubricate the parts of the power take-off every 8 working hours.

•

Filter

: The filter of the hydraulic pump on the side of the oil tank must be changed every 500 working hours or 

every six months.

The power take-off requires regular maintenance. For the best results:
1.

Lubricate both ends of the power take-off once a day.

2.

Lubricate the power take-off regularly.

3.

Make sure that the safety chain is in good condition and securely fastened.

4.

Check whether the cover of the power take-off is in good condition and, if not, replace it.

5.

Check the condition and wear of moving parts. If required, they must be replaced.
