Counter Weight Arm (Lower Section)
**NOTE** Lower Section may be Installed at
Factory and This Step May not be Necessary.
Slide Arm until it Fits over the Key
Stop. Secure Arm in Place by
Tightening the Set Screw. **NOTE**
You Will Need to Adjust Arm Once
Locking Mechanism is In Place.
Remove Bolt and
Washer and Slide
Arm on to Shaft
