Set up the hearing aids

TIP: If you wear glasses, place the
hearing aid between your glasses
and your ear.
Step 3:
Hold the hearing aid by the bend in the
cable close to the eartip.
Step 4:
Gently insert the eartip deep
into your ear canal until the
cable is flat against your ear
and the eartip feels secure.
note
It may feel strange to
insert the eartip that deep, but don’t worry; it’s safe and
improves performance. If you’re uncomfortable, you can
check whether your eartip size is correct later on
(see page 26).
