To enter the use configuration menu, press "SET“ until
when the notice SET will appear on the left display.
Now, using "SET“ you can surf the menu to configure
the machine according to the final user’s needs; in or-
der to change values, use + and – DIAMETRE.
Here are the values set in the production phase.

Configuration of the board
We use the same kind of control board for the
WBE 4100 models (code 654044). If in case of assist-
ance, for any reason, you had to substitute it, you will
need to check and turn on the function of the automatic
gauges.
To enter the use configuration menu, press "SET“ until
the notice SET will appear on the left display and after
1.5s max, press "MM/INCH“. Finally, in order to change
values use + and – DIAMETRE.
Here is the only possible function for the kind
WBE 4100.

ternal automatic gauge
NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE:
If you turn on the automatic gauges by mistake on a ma-
chine where they are not present, the display will show
you the message “Err 18” (measures not acquired). To
avoid the problem, disable the function of the auto-
matic gauges.

Calibration menu
The procedure of the machine calibration is divided in
three different parts:
R
Calibration of the flange
R
Calibration of the electronic gauges,
R
Self-calibration with sample wheel and weight
The calibration of the flange memorizes the value of
unbalance of the shaft and adapter group for the wheel.
We suggest making the calibration of the flange in the
following cases:
R
when making a launch without the wheel, the ma-
chine has unbalances higher than 5 grams,
R
when you move from a flange to another (motorcycle
flange, cone-flange or 3\4\5 holes).
To enter the calibration menu, press "SET“ until when
the notice “CAL” will appear on the left display and
after 1.5s max, press "MM/INCH“. Now the left display
will show the notice “C-1”.

Right Display Description
C-1
Memorization of the ze-
ro group flange and shaft
Make a launch without the wheel to memorize the un-
balance of the flange group; this allows to compensate
electronically for possible unbalances left from the
shaft of the machine.
When the left display shows “C-2”, it is possible to start
directly from the calibration with the wheel without
calibrate the flange before, simply by entering in the
calibration menu and pressing "SET” again.

Adjustment of the angle
Fix firmly the cone flange on the shaft and mount firmly
a medium size car wheel in good condition (wide 5.5”,
diameter 14”) on the flange itself.
Set up carefully the size of the wheel using the respec-
tive pairs of buttons (+ e – WIDTH, DISTANCE and DIA-
METRE) and make a launch with the wheel. At the end
of the launch the display will show the notice “C-3”.
Now, before preparing for the launch, set up the sample
weight (for example 60 g) and modify, if necessary, the
value of grams of the weight chosen for the self-cali-
bration wheel using + and – DIAMETRE, while the right
display shows the value. Put the weight of the value
chosen on the internal side of the wheel and make the
launch At the end of the launch, remove the calibration
weight from the internal side of the wheel and put it on
the external side, symmetrically opposed (the display
shows “C-4” and the calibration value which has been
chosen).
Now, make the launch again; at the end of the launch
you need to turn the wheel manually so that the calibra-
tion weight is in a perpendicular position, (at 6 o’clock
