7.5.1 Wrong or forgotten passcode

your service to reset your passcode.

If you forgot your passcode:

1. Select the

FORGOT

button.

A screen opens and tells you to ask your administrator to reset your passcode.

2. Select the

CONTINUE

button to return to the user list.

The system needs at least 1 administrator login. If the administrator passcode is forgotten,

Vivatmo pro

needs to be reset by a service technician.
