Table 3 Operating modes
To select one of the operating modes,
▶ Turn the knob and select the desired operating mode.
4.4.2 Minimum and maximum temperature
In addition to the indicated operating modes, it is possible to
set any other temperature within the range of 20 °C to 60 °C.
Minimum temperature
To obtain the minimum temperature of 20 °C;
▶ Turn the knob completely to the left.
Position the knob before the operating mode for Hand
washing.
Maximum temperature
To obtain the maximum temperature of 60 °C;
▶ Turn the knob completely to the right.
Position the knob after the operating mode for Washing
dishes.
Under certain utilisation conditions and for short periods, the
water temperature can reach 70 °C. Nonetheless, the hot water
pipework can reach high temperatures, with the risk of burns in
the event of contact. To access the temperature locking
functions (

chapter 5.10.2).
CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
Scalding in children, the elderly or adults due to contact with
hot water.
▶ Always check the water temperature by hand.

4.4.3 Winter operation
In the winter, the cold water temperature may drop to such an
extent that the selected temperature is not reached, in which
case;
▶ Reduce the flow rate of the hot water tap, until the desired
temperature is obtained.
4.5 Start-up after a power failure
After a power failure,
▶ Turn on the hot water tap completely and let the water flow
until hot water comes out.
4.6 Start-up after a water supply cut
▶ Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker at the electrical
cabinet.
▶ Turn on a hot water tap and keep it on until the air is
completely purged out of the pipework.
▶ Turn off the hot water tap.
▶ Turn on the appliance circuit breaker at the electrical
cabinet.
▶ Turn on the hot water tap and let the water flow for at least
for a minute.
Only after this operation will it be safe to use the appliance
again.
4.7 Cleaning
▶ Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents, or
alcohol-based products.
▶ Do not use steam cleaning appliances.
▶ Clean the exterior with mild cleaning agents.
