individual wires
Cut off and solder wire

outer shrinkable tubing over
both wires

approx. 5 mm
shrink-fitted
When bending the wire,
there must not be any
forces on the resistance
body.
The shrinkable hoses of the
individual wires must be so
long that they reach over
the resistance or to the wire
bending and extend about
5 mm over the insulation of
the straight wire.
The external shrinkable
tubing must protrude
the component and the
individual shrinkable hoses
by approx. 5 mm so that
the connection wire of the
resistance is insulated and
safe mechanical protection
of the connections is
guaranteed.
The diameter must be
selected so that in the
shrunk condition, both wires
are firmly covered.
Lead the wires of the bridges and
the resistance between the contact
rows, if possible
