▶ The hole at the display DI4 to the pressure equalizing element on the back
must be covered in such a way that penetration of the membrane can be ruled
out. At the same time, sufficient ventilation of the membrane must be ensured.
▶ The screw connection of the installation frame at the display DI4 must be secured
against loosening/release. The installation frame does not fully protect from
water entering the installation opening. The installation duct and the surrounding
material must be rigid to bending and must not amplify any vibrations.
▶ Make sure that the screw connections are attached to the display DI4 with
the specified tightening torque and secured against unintentional loosening and
loosening. When loosening the RAM-Mount® screws, please note that the DI4
may drop abruptly. Appropriate measures must be taken.
▶ Make sure that the screw connections at the display DI3 are tightened to the
specified tightening torque and are protected from unexpected loosening.
7.3 Installing the BODAS display
7.3.1 Preparation

Check the material number on the sticker of the packaging unit or the
back of the display to make sure that the correct display is used, see chapter 4
"Scope of delivery" on page 14.

Compare the material number with the details in the order confirmation.
If the material number of the display does not match the one in the
order confirmation, contact your local contact person for clarification.

7.3.2 Installing the BODAS display DI4
The BODAS display is intended for installation or attachment in the cab.
The BODAS display can be used as a dashboard display and user interface.
Installation can be either integrated into the control panel or can be done as
a standalone device within the driver's console. For integration into the dashboard,
an installation frame is available. A mounting flange for stand alone installation
can be found on the back of the device. Mounting is done using defined screwing
points and is compatible with the RAM Mount® system.
