9 Table – Cooking
Cooking times may vary depending on the type of
food, its weight and quality. Deviations are therefore
possible. You yourself can best judge the optimal cook-
ing time.
Select the right pot size for each cooking zone. The
diameter of the saucepan or pan base should be the
same as that of the cooking zone.
Note:
Vitamins and minerals in the food can easily be
lost. You should therefore use as little water as pos-
sible when cooking, so that the food retains its vitamins
and minerals. Select short cooking times so that the ve-
getables remain firm and full of nutrients.
