Sponge mixture

2 eggs

2-3 tbsp hot water
¡
100 g sugar
¡
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¡
70 g flour (sifted)
¡
70 g cornflour
¡
Baking powder (as wished)
Note:
Process max. 2 times the quant-
ity at the same time.

Insert beating whisk.
¡
Add all ingredients except the flour
and cornflour.
¡
Process for 4-6 minutes at set-
ting 4.
¡
Select setting 1.
¡
Add the flour and cornflour by the
spoonful within 30-60 seconds.
Cake mixture

3-4 eggs

200-250 g sugar
¡
1 pinch salt
¡
1 tbsp vanilla sugar or zest of half a
lemon
¡
200-250 g butter or margarine
(room temperature)

500 g flour
¡
10 g baking powder
¡
125 ml milk
Note:
Process max. 1¾ times the
quantity at the same time.

Insert stirring whisk.
¡
Add all ingredients.
¡
Process for 30 seconds at set-
ting 1.

Process for 3-4 minutes at set-
ting 4.
