Measure

DC voltage between

P&N pins (Red & Black wire),

is the voltage 370-

385V(DC)?

Restart system

Yes

Power off the unit at

breaker, wait 3 minutes

Restart system, give

system a call for

heating/cooling

Unplug the wiring harness

for the outdoor blower motor

from the control board at CN3.

Measure the resistance

between the pins on the wiring

harness (refer to Table 1)

Measure

DC voltage between

+15V&N pins (White & Black

wire), is the voltage 14-

18V(DC)?

Replace control board

Measure

DC voltage between

VSP&N pins (Yellow & Black

wire), is the voltage 1.9-

5.1V(DC)?

Replace control board

ODU fan should run any time there is a call
for cooling/heating.

The normal resistance should be within
+/- 10%.

P-N Red-Black 0.603MΩ

+15V-N White-Black 46.0KΩ

Vsp-N Yellow-Black 40.0KΩ

FG –N Blue-Black ≥1MΩ
