    Getting to know your appliance

Function selector

You can use this selector to switch the oven lighting, the 

fan, the defrost function, the rotary spit and hybrid mode 

on and off.

Fan position

When you cook with the fan, the heat is distributed 

evenly in the oven. To switch the fan on, turn the 

selector to the fan position on the control panel.

Caution!

For safety reasons, the fan cannot be switched on when 

the grill is in use.

Hybrid display

The line at the bottom of the display turns red in three 

increments, from left to right, depending on whether the 

hybrid function is active.
If the hybrid mode is active and the electrical heater is 

switched on, the lines at the bottom turn red in three 

increments.
When the appliance is in operation, one of the red 

sections of the line goes out during the heating phases.

If you select hybrid mode without switching on the oven 

gas burner, a line appears with two increments,which 

shows that the hybrid mode is not active.

The cooking compartment

The oven light is located in the cooking compartment.

Steam outlet

The hot air from the cooking compartment escapes at 

the rear of the hob. Caution: do not cover the ventilation 

slots. Otherwise the oven will overheat.

Cooling fan

The hot air escapes via the ventilation opening. This 

cooling fan switches on and off as required. Caution! 

Do not cover the ventilation slots. Otherwise the oven 

will overheat.

Storage compartment

Open the storage compartment by folding down the 

panel.

This compartment can be used to store hob or oven 

accessories.
