8 Remote Audio
The DVR4C Audio tab allows the user to configure the application for audio. The user can
configure each of the four tabs ( Weekday Day , Weekday Night , Weekend Day , and Weekend
Night ) for monitoring only, recording only, or monitoring and recording. Each audio channel
relates to its respective camera. For example, channel 1 corresponds to camera 1.

8.1 Configuring Audio Remotely
To configure the DVR4C for audio, do the following:
1.
Double click the Configuration Tool icon or click Start , Programs , Bosch DVR4C ,
Configuration Tool .
2. Type the password and click Login . The Configuration Tool displays the Information tab.
3. Click the System Settings tab.
4. Click the Audio tab.
5. For each of the four (4) tabs: Weekday Day , Weekday Night , Weekend Day , and
Weekend Night ( Figure 8.2 ), select the Monitoring , Recording , and Gain for each
Channel (1-4).
6. When finished, click Apply .
