These hand-held nutrunners require that a
suitable output drive be mounted first.
Tools required:
•
Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B hinge,
outer nut diameter 35-60 mm, pin diameter
4 mm
Fit the output drive onto the nutrunner body
in the desired position.
Screw on the union nut. Ensure that the union
nut will not cant.
Tighten the union nut using a suitable tool,
e.g. a hook spanner.
While doing so, fix the output drive in position
using appropriate means. Tightening torque:
40 + 2 Nm

Clamp the assembly aid

the like.
Unscrew the union nut

head as counterweight.
Remove the angle head

and refit it in the

Screw on the union nut

There are 24 different positions
which can be taken in 15°
increments.
