Minimum Measurement (see Fig.
)
The minimum measurement serves for determining the minimum distance
from a fixed reference point. It is an aid, for example, for the determination
of a vertical or horizontal distance. For minimum measuring, use the uni-
versal end piece

To switch to the minimum measuring mode, press the
button

re-
peatedly until the
symbol as well as the “MIN.” indicator appear in the
display.
To initiate the measurement process, press
the measurement button

completely down.
Move the laser spot back and forth over the
desired target point (e.g. a wall) such that the
rear end of the unit as the reference point of
the measurement remains at the same posi-
tion.
The minimum measured value is shown in the
upper right of the display.
By pressing the measurement button

, the minimum measuring is end-
ed. The current measured values as well as the minimum value are shown
in the display. The minimum value is automatically transmitted. A repeat-
ed pressing of the measurement button

starts the minimum measure-
ment anew.
Maximum Measurement (see Fig.
)
The maximum measurement servers for the determination of the maxi-
mum distance from a fixed reference point. It is an aid, for example, for
the determination of diagonals. For maximum measuring, use the univer-
sal end piece
