Changing the cogged belt (130mm arm)

1. Undo the 2 belt cover

screws.

Loosen the 4 bolts in the motor
bracket.

Remove the pulley
screw.

4. Gently tap with a centre punch to loosen the pulley.

Remove the sanding
arm

6. Remove screw and washer as well as the stop screw keeping the

ventilator and the cover plate on motor shaft.

7. Remove

the

pulley/ventilator
together with the V-
belt and cover plate.

Mount a new belt together with the ventilator
and cover plate.

9. Make sure that the cover plate it fitted

right in its position.
