foods such as meat, fish and sau-
sages at around 2-3 degrees.
About that it becomes less cold. For
dairy products such as yoghurt, chee-
se and co., the center of the cooling is
just the right temperature at around 5
degrees.
Well-packed leftovers or preserves
needs less cooling. The upper cooling
part at around 6∼8 degrees could be
the right place.
The cooling door is one of the war-
mest locations. The upper racks are
good location for food that needs mo-
derate cooling, such as butter and
eggs. There is space for drinks in the
lower door racks.
The vegetable box (depending on the
model) is suitable for fruit and vege-
tables at a temperature of around 8
degrees, depending on the cooling
temperature. To ensure that delicate
fruits and vegetables feel good, a
glass shelf above avoids the falling
cold.
Freezer
The 4-star freezer allows you to store
frozen food at a temperature of ≤ -18°C
for several months; to produce ice cubes
and to freeze fresh food.
NOTE:
Make sure that the temperature in the
freezer does not rise above -18°C. For
this, the unit should be defrosted regular-
ly. A thick frozen layer deteriorates the
cooling and increases the power con-
sumption.
Freezing
Fresh food should be frozen as fast
as possible to the core. During freez-
ing operation, the temperature of
fresh food should be lowered as fast
as possible to keep formation of ice
crystals as little as possible and not to
damage the food structure.
Frozen food should be kept in contact
with the bottom of the compartment.
Keep a space between the individual
items, so that the cold air can circu-
late.
Storing frozen food
Packed frozen merchandise should
be stored in accordance with the
manufacturer’s data. Make sure the
