No beer is dispensed. The 5 litre party keg is empty or there is not a
5 litre party keg in the beer dispenser.
Place a new 5 litre party keg in the dispenser.

rinse with cold water.
The glass is too warm.
Rinse the glass with cold water.

The beer turns
