06 Maintenance and care
The maintenance and care of this tool is relatively easy. Aside from cleaning
the machine on a regular basis, take special care that the ventilation slots are
always kept free.
If water escapes at the drilling spindle (picture B, 5 and picture I), stop using the
machine immediately in order to prevent major damage to the machine. In this
case, the complete lower part of the machine as well as the gaskets must be
replaced (see spare parts list - Bohle Art. No. BO 79.B0876))
07 Troubleshooting
Machine does not start - Check if the control light of the PRCD safety switch
is on, check the power supply, switch on the PRCD safety switch. If necessary,
have the machine repaired by the manufacturer
Machine stops during operation - Thermal overload protection has shut the
machine off - switch the machine off, let it cool approx. 2 min and then switch it
back on
Machine runs out-of-centre or "fires" - The carbon brushes are worn,
replace carbon brushes after approx. 200 hours of use (Bohle Art. No.
BO 79.B0877)
