5. Calibration
Miditron ® Junior
II
is ready to read as long as there are
valid calibration values stored in the analyzer. Calibration
every 2 weeks is recommended. If calibration cannot be
carried out for any reason, e.g. because there are no
Control-Test M calibration strips available, you can bypass
the calibration procedure and continue reading by pressing
<Start> at the "Please Calibrate !" prompt. Miditron
® Junior
II
then uses the stored calibration values to carry out further
readings.
Note: In this case, "Calibration is necessary" will be printed
on the results report.
Boehringer Mannheim can give no guarantee as
to the accuracy of results if the analyzer has not
been calibrated.
