Product Assembly - RFT - STEP 7f

TEP 7f:

Installation of the Weight Plates (F738 Parts)

With the Guide Rods (223) angled slightly, slide on the

Weight Plates (234)

one at a time

onto the

Guide Rods (223), both the right & left sides.

NOTE:

If you are

installing the

OPTIONAL 200 lb

Weight Stacks, use

all 19 Weight

Plates (234) per

side.

NOTE:

Image above shows both the 150 lb Weight Stack

or

the Optional 200 lb Weight Stack installation parts.

DO NOT

place the Stack Spacers (23) only on one side.

CRITICAL:

Align the selector holes on the weight plates forward, toward the

front of the machine, with the half moon opening facing down. Confirm back side
of weight stack should have NO holes showing. See image above.
