Congratulations! You are done. After assembly, you should check all functions to ensure correct
operation. If you experience problems, first recheck the assembly instructions to locate any
possible errors made during assembly. if you are unable to correct the problem, call the dealer
from whom you purchased the machine or call 1-800-556-3113 for the dealer nearest you.
Note: If any bolts seem to loosen periodically, use Loctite 242 for a long-time cure.
This gym is capable of a variety of different exercises, as well as, smooth and user-friendly
adjustment features. The following page of adjustments will help you to familiarize yourself with
your new gym. We hope you are completely satisfied with this product and wish you many
years of enjoyment.
1.
SEATED PRESS ARMS (Q) ADJUSTMENT
A.
Grasp the Seated Press Arm (Q) with your right hand.
B.
Pull the Flat Pop Pin (77) with your left hand to release the Seated Press Arm.
C.
Adjust the Seated Press Arm to the desired position (depending on the exercise
you are performing).
D.
Release the Flat Pop Pin, and make sure it is fully engaged into the selector hole.
2.
SEAT PAD (W)
A.
Grasp the Seat Pad (W).
B.
Turn the T-Shaped Pop Pin (79) counter clockwise to loosen and then pull to release
the Seat Pad Frame (V).
C.
Adjust the Seat Pad (W) to the desired position.
D.
Release the T-Shaped Pop Pin (79) and make sure it is fully engaged into the selector
hole of the Seat Pad Frame (V). Then turn clockwise to lock in place.
