ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Remove all the components from the carton. See figure 1
STEP 2
Lift the right upright (7) upward. Fasten the right upright (7) to the frame
base (1) using one hex head bolt (66), one washer (87) and one nylon nut
(84). Tighten the hex head bolt, washer and nylon nut that is attached on
the upright. Repeat for the left side.

STEP 3
Using one hex head bolt (95) and one washer (87), fasten the right
upright (7) through the front hole of the frame base (1). Repeat for the
left side. See figure 2
STEP 4
Connect the computer cable (59), from the console assembly, to the
extension computer cable (60) of the right upright (7).

STEP 5
Fasten the console assembly into the right and left uprights (7 / 8).
Secure using 10 round allen bolts (82). See figure 4
STEP 6
Connect the computer incline cable (109) to the extension computer
incline cable (41L) of the left handgrip tube (11L).
Connect the computer speed cable (108) to the extension computer speed
cable (41R) of the right handgrip tube (11R).

STEP 7
Fasten the left and right handgrip tubes (11L & 11R)
into the console assembly. See figure 6
NOTE: Carefully insert the wires inside the console assembly, so
that you do not pinch and cut the wires when fastening the tubes.
Secure the top of the left and right handgrip tubes (11L & 11R)
using two round bolts (70).Secure the bottom of the left and right
handgrip tubes (11L & 11R) using two round bolts (74) and two washers
(89). See figure 7
STEP 8
Please align the small tab of the Incline Covers (117,118) with the hole in
the upright and slide to the end. See figure 8
STEP 9
Secure Incline Covers (117,118) on the Frame Base (1) with 2 pcs 1/4” x
3” Round Bolts (115) and 2pcs of 1/4”x 12 x 1T Flat Washers (116) by
using the M5 Allen Wrench (97). See figure 9
ENSURE THAT ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ARE FIRMLY
TIGHTEN.
