TROUBLE SHOOTING

The belt does not catch hold of the flywheel

If the belt does not catch hold of the flywheel, it is time to tighten the belt, see figure 3.

TIGHTEN POLY-V BELT

Tighten belt equally on both sides.

Tighten to 125 kg/229Hz.
