Possible cause:
The motorcycle's speed has not
exceeded the threshold of ap-
prox. 19 mph (30 km/h). The
TPC/RDC sensors do not send
their signal until after this speed
has been exceeded for the first
time (
79).
Watch the TPC/RDC display
at a higher rate of speed. A
continuous error is only present
if the general warning light also
lights up. In this case:
Have fault eliminated at a spe-
cialist service facility, preferably
an authorized BMW Motorrad
retailer.
Possible cause:
There is a fault in the radio con-
nection to the TPC/RDC sensors.
Possible causes are radio sys-
tems in the surrounding area,
which interfere with the connec-
tion between the TPC/RDC con-
trol unit and the sensors.
Watch the TPC/RDC display in
another environment. A contin-
uous error is only present if the
general warning light also lights
up. In this case:
Have fault eliminated at a spe-
cialist service facility, preferably
an authorized BMW Motorrad
retailer.
