Use the tensioning straps on the floor of

the luggage compartment to prevent

small objects from slipping.
If you place objects on the lashing

straps, they act as a non-slip base.
There are lashing points at the corners

of the luggage compartment to which a

net

or retaining straps can be attached

when loads have to be secured.
