Chapter 2 of these operating
instructions will provide you
with an initial overview of your
motorcycle. All maintenance
and repair procedures carried
out on your motorcycle will
be documented in the chap-
ter "Service". Documentation
of the maintenance work per-
formed is a prerequisite for
generous treatment of claims.
If you should decide to sell your
BMW at some point in the fu-
ture, please remember to hand
over these operating instruc-
tions; they are an important
part of the motorcycle.
