You should find the following

parts inside your pack.

1. The

ACTIVATOR

The rechargeable

ACTIVATOR

sends signals to the muscles
you wish to exercise to make
them contract and relax
rhythmically.

2. Unit Connector:

This connects the

ACTIVATOR

to whichever

BMR LIFT

accessory garment you wish

to use. Make sure the

ACTIVATOR

and garments are fully connected before use.

IMPORTANT

Never disconnect your

ACTIVATOR

from a garment until it has been

switched off.

3. Battery Charger:

Plug the charger into an electrical outlet and then connect it to your

ACTIVATOR

to charge the

ACTIVATOR

’s battery.
