Siting the unit
Wear safety gloves when handling the
unit. The unit must be handled by two
people.
Site the unit away from sources of heat.
Do not place on inclined surfaces.
Leave at least 10 cm around the unit to
allow for aeration.
SANITIZE the machine as described in the
paragraph on page 31.
Except for I.T. models, tighten the tap
knobs and place the drip tray (4).
In the F.S. model, slightly tilt the machine
toward the back to move it through the
rear wheels.
Filling the ice bank (excluding
mod. BEER TAP 30)
In uppercounter models I.T. and BEER
TAP, pour drinkable water inside the tank
through the back inlet joint (1).
Stop filling the ice bank once you reach
the max level (2) on the ice bank level
pipe (3).
If you exceed the limit, water comes out
from the frontal drip tray (4).
In F.S. model, open the service panel with
the key. Pour drinkable water inside the
tank through the hole (5).
Once you have filled the ice bank, avoid
moving the unit.
If you have to move the unit, remember to
empty the ice bank first.
