The filling aperture must not be opened during use.
The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.
When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the surface on which
the stand is a placed is stable.
The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible
signs of damage or if it is leaking.
Do not repair the unit by yourself if you are unclear about this appliance
because of high voltage inside.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
FOR STEAM IRONING:
When using steam ironing, you are recommending to using distilled water.
Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam.
Use caution when you turn a steam iron upside down – there may
be hot water in the reservoir.
Use steam when temperature knob is high enough.
Do not use chemical additive, scented substances or decalcifi-
ers. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned regulations
leads to the loss of guarantee.
NOTE:
When using the iron for the first time, you may notice a slight emission
of smoke and hear some sounds made by expanding plastics. This
is quite normal and it stops after a short time. We also recommend
passing the iron over an ordinary cloth before using it for the first time.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
NOTE:
Remove any labels or stickers that may be attached to the body or
soleplate of the iron before first use.
Iron may have a small of vapour and emit an odor when you first
use. This will cease after a short while. It is safe and will hot harm the
performance of the iron.
FILLING WITH WATER
Remove the mains plug from the wall socket before filling the iron.
Set the steam knob to position and open the water inlet
cover.
Please fill your iron with normal tap water before using for the first
time.
Use the water beaker attached to fill clean tap water into water
tank until “MAX” filling level.
For refilling, you can also use tap water. However, if the water is
very hard it is advisable to use distilled water.
Replace water inlet cover and dry the spilt water around the
enclosure of the appliance.
Do not fill the tank beyond the “MAX” indication.
Do not put perfume, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, ironing
additives chemically descaled water or other chemicals in the water
tank.
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE FOLLOWING DIFFERENT FABRIC TYPES
Stand the iron on its heel and plug the power cord into wall socket
and power black background light of LCD, will come on indicating
that the iron is receiving power.
