The appliance does not work.

The filter is blocked.
The appliance is equipped with a
safety system. It will not work if the
parts have not been mounted
properly. Check whether the parts
have been assembled in the right
way, but switch off the appliance
before you do so.
The motor unit gives off and
unpleasant smell the first few
times the appliance is used.
The appliance makes a lot of
noise, gives off an unpleasant
smell, and is too hot to touch gives
off smoke.
The filter touches the feeding
tube or vibrates strongly during
processing.
This is not unusual. If the appliance
